Join our team

You will support both the Rock Drilling Tools (RGD) Division and the broader Tools & Attachments Business Area (BA). In this role, you contribute to improving operational efficiency, strengthening financial control, and supporting strategic initiatives across production-focused businesses.

As Senior Operations Controller, you will report to the RGD VP Finance & Business Control directly and have a dotted line to the VP BA Controller.

Your mission

As Senior Operations Controller, you will act as a key partner to operations, driving performance, transparency, and continuous improvement across the business.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead operational reporting, forecasting, and planning processes
  • Drive financial control, compliance, and alignment with The Epiroc Way
  • Provide insights into business performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support investment evaluations and follow-up on key projects
  • Improve reporting processes and operational efficiency
  • Mentor and support Business Controllers across the organization

Your profile

You are a structured and analytical professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

You bring:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Control or Finance
  • Experience of production controlling in a global context
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights
  • Experience working with operational performance and financial reporting
  • Fluency in English; ERP experience is a plus

Location and other

This position is located in Fagersta, Sweden.

Occasional travel is required.
