Mechatronics Engineer

You will join a small, collaborative team developing and maintaining professional machines used in the construction industry. This is a broad mechatronics role where you work across the full product lifecycle, from early concepts and system discussions to testing, refinement and finished products.

You will operate at the intersection of mechanics, electronics and software, helping shape complete system solutions that are both innovative and practical. The environment is hands-on and cross-functional, which makes this a strong opportunity if you enjoy combining system thinking with work you can see, test and improve in real machines.

• You will contribute to both product maintenance and new product development throughout the full lifecycle.
• You will take part in early concepts, design discussions, testing, refinement and final product delivery.
• You will help define and dimension complete systems involving mechanics, electronics and software.
• You will contribute to machine and functional architecture.
• You will work with embedded control systems and support system-level decision-making.
• You will collect and analyze data to improve performance and functionality.
• You will collaborate closely with colleagues across disciplines and support other product groups when needed.

• At least five years of experience within the field.
• Ability to drive more complex assignments independently.
• Experience with, or knowledge in, several of the following areas: machine and functional architecture, embedded control systems including CAN/J1939, data collection and analysis, functional safety, mechanical engineering, design tools such as CAD, and MATLAB/Simulink.
• You work in an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way.
• You have a genuine interest in machines and how they work.
• You are comfortable with practical hands-on work and can adapt to varying tasks across product areas.
• Ability to work in both English and Swedish.
