Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Production Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Lead and drive production and process development projects
• Plan and coordinate project execution and production activities
• Perform calculations, procurement activities, and supplier coordination
• Support installation and implementation of production solutions
• Create, update, and maintain work instructions and production standards
• Analyze and optimize assembly and production processes
• Perform time studies and production balancing activities
• Conduct risk assessments and quality follow-up activities
• Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Apply LEAN methodologies to improve operational efficiency
• Support implementation of new production methods and technologies
• Contribute to FMEA activities and corrective action management

What You Bring

• Relevant technical education or several years of practical experience within production and project environments
• 2–5 years of experience within production engineering and project management
• Experience working with production processes and operational improvements
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience creating and maintaining structured processes and standards
• Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Professional proficiency in Swedish (spoken and written)
• Ability to independently drive initiatives and deliver results
