Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced AI Act Compliance Specialist / AI Governance Consultant

What You Will Work On

• Implement and develop AI governance frameworks aligned with the EU AI Act
• Develop internal AI compliance policies, frameworks, and procedures
• Interpret EU AI Act requirements and translate them into practical product development requirements
• Assess AI-related risks and compliance requirements for automotive use cases
• Collaborate with legal, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and compliance stakeholders
• Ensure AI systems are transparent, explainable, and compliant
• Develop internal policies, guidelines, and training programs for responsible AI use
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on strategic implications
• Support change initiatives related to AI governance and compliance
• Drive stakeholder alignment across different organizational levels
• Help establish a culture of responsible AI, privacy, and accountability

What You Bring

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience
• Legal and/or engineering degree such as LL.M, JD, MSc, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their regulatory implications
• Proven experience in compliance, legal advisory, data governance, or AI governance
• Experience working within the automotive industry
• Strong stakeholder management experience across organizational levels
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business and product requirements
• Experience in project management, change management, and/or business analysis
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with legal, technical, and operational teams
