Customer Care Assistant at NutraQ (Czech/Slovak)

NutraQ is looking for a Czech and/or Slovak Customer Care Assistant for their office in Trollhättan, Sweden. You will be part of a friendly team in a fast-growing and innovative company within beauty and health. NutraQ has received the Great Place to Work award several years in a row, people help each other and enjoy working together. The office is modern and located at Innovatum in Trollhättan, with easy access by train or bus. In this role, you will report to the manager based in Prague.

This is a consultant assignment for about 6 months, with a preferred start as soon as possible. There are good opportunities for extension or permanent employment after that.

 

About the role as a Customer Care Assistant at NutraQ

As a Customer Care Assistant at NutraQ, you will have a varied workday. You will be the first point of contact for customers who need help and advice about NutraQ’s products. With good communication skills and a strong service mindset, you will make sure customers receive the best possible support.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support to NutraQ’s Czech and/or Slovak customers via phone and email in a professional and friendly way

  • Work actively with upselling by identifying and offering relevant products and services

  • Call customers for follow-ups and welcome calls to ensure a great customer experience

  • Handle administrative tasks related to customer service

 

Qualifications & experience

  • Fluent in Czech and/or Slovak, both spoken and written

  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Knowledge of Swedish

  • Experience in customer service and/or sales
