Assignment Overview

We are looking for a senior Project Supplier Quality Manager

What You Will Work On

• Act as the primary quality interface between suppliers and internal project teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external system suppliers.
• Develop, implement, and follow up on supplier surveillance and monitoring plans to mitigate project risks.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities against specific project and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections with suppliers, customers, and internal quality representatives.
• Secure compliance with international and project-specific standards across global deliveries.
• Collect, review, and validate supplier quality documentation, including:
• Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Certificates and declarations
• Compliance documentation
• Support responsible Project Quality Manager in developing and maintaining comprehensive project quality plans.
• Ensure quality alignment across complex industrial supply chains.

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of experience within supplier quality, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Background in rotating equipment, boilers, process industry, or welding-related production.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and project processes.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and standards such as:
• CE marking
• PED
• SS-EN 1090
• ISO 3834
• LVD
• Ability to interpret technical standards and customer specifications.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, collaborative, and solution-oriented working style.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
