Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior AI Solution Architect to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design end-to-end architecture and technical solutions for AI-driven systems and services.
• Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to define and implement scalable AI and data architectures in the cloud.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and machine learning.
• Support teams in integrating AI capabilities into existing systems and developing new AI-based products.
• Establish and promote best practices for AI development, including security, ethics, and regulatory compliance.
• Build internal competence by mentoring teams and promoting AI literacy across the organization.
• Represent AI initiatives internally and externally, contributing to thought leadership and knowledge sharing.

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in software development and solution architecture, with proven delivery of AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong background in Generative AI and Machine Learning, including model development, deployment, and scaling.
• Proficiency in modern development practices such as automated testing, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and MLOps/ML platforms, including data pipelines, model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of security, data protection, and regulatory frameworks such as the AI Act and GDPR.
• Advantageous experience with agent-based AI, LLM frameworks, vector databases/RAG, and LLMOps.
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and methods for ensuring trust, transparency, and fairness in AI systems.
• Experience in the finance or insurance industry is considered a plus.
