You will be responsible for managing and utilizing a range of analytical and testing methods for the characterization and performance evaluation of current products as well as the development of next generation formulations, which are required for the company´s ambitious innovation programs and growth plans.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
· Hands-on testing using a range of analytical methods such as High-performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC).
· Develop, validate, and maintain analytical methods for product and process development.
· Problem-Solving: Investigate and solve complex problems related to analytical methods and product issues.
· Data Analysis: Analyze, summarize and document findings to be presented to technical and non-technical audiences.
· Quality Control: Conduct GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) quality control testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
DESIRED SKILLS
· Education: Bachelor's and/or Master´s degree in Food Science or Chemistry or a related field.
· Technical skills: Hands-on experience with analytical methods including HPLC analysis.
· Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
· Planning and completing scientific work following the company’s standards.
· Excellent writing and problem-solving skills.
· Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Conditions: Full-time, part-time or as agreed.
