Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Contribute to the AI lab by developing, analyzing, and prototyping new technical solutions in the AI field.
• Build and improve proprietary AI systems in combination with open-source components to strengthen the organization’s AI capabilities.
• Conduct exploratory work independently in areas where solutions are not yet defined.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across systems development, AI strategy, governance, communication, and legal teams.
• Work according to agile principles to ensure technical and methodological excellence.

What you bring:

• Strong experience with Python for development and AI applications.
• Experience with React or another frontend language.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Familiarity with agile working methods and Scrum, and alignment with agile values.
• Completed training to ensure code meets digital accessibility requirements according to EN301 549 standard.
• Additional skills that are a merit include React, TypeScript, Kubernetes, AI governance, machine learning, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LLMs, RAG, data ethics and security, vector databases, Helm, Quarkus, and Java.
