Tower Crane Operator

We are currently recruiting experienced Crane Operators (Tower, Mobile, or Crawler) to join our construction and industrial site teams in Sweden and other European locations.

Successful candidates must be ready to start work on-site immediately and perform safe and precise lifting operations in coordination with project supervisors and rigging teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate tower or mobile cranes in compliance with site safety procedures
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and maintain equipment logs
• Coordinate lifts with signallers, riggers, and site management
• Assist with crane assembly, dismantling, and movement when required
• Maintain safety awareness and report any incidents or technical issues promptly

Requirements

• Valid crane operator license or certification (EU or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating cranes on civil or industrial projects
• Proven safety record and ability to work in international teams
• English language proficiency (Swedish or other European language is a plus)
• Driving licence (B) preferred
• EU work eligibility preferred – Work permit sponsorship will be considered for qualified candidates
