Assignment Overview

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Expert

What You Will Work On

• Lead Structured NIS2 GAP Assessment
• Conduct detailed NIS2-based GAP analyses across production units and supporting functions.
• Perform structured site visits in Sweden, France, Netherlands, and Poland.
• Conduct interviews with local stakeholders in PRU, IT/OT, Maintenance, and Logistics.
• Analyze governance structures, operational resilience, IT/OT controls, and regulatory alignment.
• Deliver structured GAP assessment reports per site and consolidated findings aligned with ISMS and NIS2 requirements.
• Provide risk-based prioritization of identified gaps.
• Advisory & Governance Leadership
• Act as lead advisor within the P&L NIS2 program.
• Ensure alignment with central NIS2 interpretations and country-specific regulatory implementations.
• Quality assure analysis and documentation produced by the assessment team.
• Support management in understanding regulatory impact and cybersecurity risk exposure.
• Prepare executive summaries and structured decision material.
• Action Plan & Compliance Enablement
• Translate GAP findings into actionable and realistic remediation roadmaps.
• Define prioritized initiatives for regulatory and operational compliance.
• Propose manning and capability models to enable long-term compliance sustainability.
• Support steering committees and leadership forums with structured presentation material.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in NIS2 directive and critical infrastructure regulations.
• Strong experience in IT/OT cybersecurity within industrial or production environments.
• Documented experience conducting structured cybersecurity GAP assessments.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks and ISMS.
• Experience performing interviews and assessments in complex environments.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical roadmaps.
• Experience advising senior management and presenting to executive stakeholders.
• Experience working in multinational and distributed European regulatory environments.
