Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Accessibility Expert to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On

• Perform accessibility reviews of key digital services according to WCAG and relevant legislation
• Identify accessibility issues and recommend practical, scalable solutions
• Develop and present structured action plans to stakeholders
• Lead and participate in workshops and briefings with business teams, product owners, accessibility specialists, and external IT suppliers
• Provide guidance and support during remediation and follow-up reviews
• Update and maintain accessibility documentation and compliance reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote accessibility best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement within accessibility processes and methodologies

What You Bring

• Proven experience in accessibility evaluation of digital services
• Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 and European/Swedish accessibility legislation (or equivalent)
• Experience using accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies
• Ability to translate accessibility findings into clear technical and functional recommendations
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging diverse stakeholders
• Ability to lead workshops and provide hands-on accessibility guidance
• Experience writing accessibility reports and action plans
• Detail-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and advisory skills
