Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Coordinator – Vehicle Dynamics to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and coordinate vehicle dynamics testing within truck development projects.
• Plan and manage daily operations and long-term test schedules, ensuring efficient use of engineering and workshop resources.
• Align test vehicles and activities with project timelines and technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to secure vehicle dynamics test needs within the organization and across the wider group.
• Drive continuous improvement of testing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and alignment with overall development goals.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and follow-up of test results and resource utilization.

What you bring:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics, testing methodologies, and product development processes.
• Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
