Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Verification Engineer – Aerospace to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Verify that design data meet regulatory, safety, and performance standards, issuing compliance assurances.
• Conduct independent design process reviews to ensure quality and adherence to aviation regulations.
• Validate design changes to ensure alignment with airworthiness and customer requirements.
• Prepare and approve documentation supporting product certification and regulatory compliance.
• Stay current with aviation regulations (EASA Part 21, FAA, AS9100) and apply them to product development.
• Actively contribute to departmental goals, strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of experience in engineering, preferably within the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations (EASA, FAA, AS9100) and airworthiness standards.
• Experience in compliance and certification processes, design/method reviews, and design assurance.
• Proven ability to work on cross-functional projects and interface with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, with Swedish proficiency considered an advantage.
