Legal Project Manager

We are now looking for an experienced Legal Project Manager for a 6-month consulting assignment within a global, fast-paced tech environment. In this role, you will be part of a Legal Operations team that enables scalable, efficient and innovative legal support to a growing international business. You will play a key role in supporting contract lifecycle management (CLM), legal systems, and cross-functional legal operations initiatives.

Your responsibilities include providing daily operational support for contract processes and CLM administration, ensuring efficient and compliant contract execution in close collaboration with business and finance stakeholders. You will manage and support legal tech solutions, including system administration, automation initiatives and AI-driven workflow improvements. Additionally, you will track and handle enhancement requests within matter management systems, oversee legal subscription renewals and support legal operations projects from planning to execution. You will also assist with operational tasks within privacy-related initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 2+ years of experience within legal operations, CLM or similar legal support functions

• Strong understanding of contract management, legal processes and corporate governance

• Experience working cross-functionally with legal, finance and business stakeholders in an international environment

• You are structured, proactive and confident in managing multiple priorities. You have strong communication skills and are comfortable making risk-based decisions independently.
