We are looking for a Planhat Platform Specialist for an assignment within the telecom industry. In this role, you will support customer success operations with a strong hands-on focus on platform administration, data structure, reporting, and integrations.

This is a practical specialist role for someone who enjoys working close to the platform, improving how data and insights are structured and used across the business.

• Configure and maintain Planhat data models, filters, and pages
• Design and optimize dashboards for CX, CS, business reviews, and health scores
• Support and manage integrations using API, webhooks, and JSON
• Act as a platform specialist and administrator with a hands-on operational focus
• Enable effective use of Planhat across customer success processes

• Hands-on experience with Planhat data models, filters, and pages
• Experience designing dashboards for CX, CS, business reviews, and health scores
• Experience working with integrations via API, webhooks, and JSON
• Ability to work as a platform specialist or administrator rather than in an advisory role
