Key responsibilities
- Prepare sushi and related food products daily as per the given menu in accordance with quality and hygiene standards
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, food safety, allergen, and labelling requirements
- Support sales with customer interaction and do tasting to improve sales.
Required qualifications
- Practical experience of working in sushi preparation and fish cutting with good speed
- English communication skills
- Swedish language skills to read labels and interact with customer
Preferred qualifications
- Experience of working in a franchise environment for sushi making
- Food safety and hygiene related trainings
