Job Overview
The Process Excellence Sr. Specialist supports SHL Medical’s process optimization efforts through technical expertise and system administration. This role ensures that business process management tools, process mining platforms, and analytics solutions are effectively maintained and used to provide reliable insights that drive measurable improvements.
Working closely with IT and business stakeholders, the Sr. Specialist supports reporting and dashboards, and translates business requirements into system-supported solutions. By focusing on technical execution, data accuracy, and system stability, this role helps the organization realize value from its process excellence initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Administer the process excellence systems (e.g., process modelling, process governance, process mining platform and analytics tools) including configuration, access management, updates, and compliance with governance standards.
 - Act as technical specialist for process excellence capabilities, supporting integration, reporting, and data validation.
 - Build, maintain, and enhance process dashboards, KPI libraries, and performance reports for actionable insights.
 - Translate process requirements into system-supported functionalities in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
 - Support execution of process improvement initiatives by ensuring methodologies, templates, and frameworks are embedded in systems.
 - Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for process excellence tools.
 - Monitor system usage and performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution and enhancements.
 - Contribute to standardized process documentation and ensure alignment between designed processes and system configurations.
 - Support transformation and system deployment projects as technical administrator for process excellence platforms.
 - Ensure project teams utilize process excellence systems for modelling, monitoring, and improvement tracking.
 
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-5+ years’ experience in Process Management.
 - Solid understanding of process management concepts, BPM technology, and familiarity with BPMN 2.0.
 - Understanding of key customer processes, such as Lead-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, Idea-to-Market, Plan-to-Fulfill, etc., and their typical improvement potentials.
 - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
 - Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Business Information Technologies, Information Sciences, Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science or Business Administration.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Team-working skills for cross-functional, cross-cultural collaboration as well as an ability to work with minimal supervision.
 - Value quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
 - Critical thinking, and a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
 - Ability to travel outside of Europe.
 - SAP Signavio experience advantageous.
 - PLM experience advantageous.
 - MedTech experience advantageous.
