Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Assessment Consultant – Trimetrix EQ to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Conduct Trimetrix EQ assessments, analyzing candidates’ drivers, behaviors, and emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Administer Personality 150 and Problem Solving Skills tests, including Instructions, Number Series, and Matrices.
  • Apply Functional and Dysfunctional Leadership algorithms for management recruitment.
  • Analyze and interpret assessment results in relation to job requirements and organizational fit.
  • Prepare clear, structured Executive Reports summarizing results and development recommendations.
  • Provide constructive verbal and written feedback to both candidates and HR/recruiting managers.
  • Ensure confidentiality, GDPR compliance, and adherence to TTI Success Insights Sweden standards throughout the assessment process.
  • Support continued individual and group development using assessment insights.
  • Manage the full assessment process, from preparation and planning to testing, analysis, reporting, and feedback delivery.

What you bring:

  • Valid certification for Trimetrix EQ, Personality 150, and Problem Solving Skills assessment tools.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience conducting psychometric assessments in a professional context.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret assessment results and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver clear feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Structured, organized, and methodical approach to managing assessments and reporting.
  • Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with HR, recruiting managers, and candidates.
  • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience with applying assessment algorithms for job performance and leadership evaluation.
  • Proven ability to maintain objectivity and fairness in administering psychometric tests.
