Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Workshop Facilitator – Business & IT Alignment to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Plan, prepare, and facilitate workshops involving key stakeholders, including Vice Presidents, Directors, and the Client Penta Executive Group (VPEG).
• Guide discussions to foster collaboration, encourage participation, and ensure all perspectives are considered.
• Document workshop discussions, outcomes, and decisions accurately.
• Synthesize insights and key findings to identify actionable recommendations.
• Produce a comprehensive final report summarizing results and next steps.
• Support a smooth, collaborative process to deliver clear results within the project timeframe.
• Adapt facilitation approach to accommodate both on-site and remote participants.

What you bring:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced facilitation skills, including leading workshops, driving consensus, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong visualization and storytelling skills to communicate insights effectively.
• Adaptive and flexible mindset to manage dynamic situations and varying participant needs.
