Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Test Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Define and implement the overall test strategy for autonomous mining systems.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead testing activities across multiple engineering domains.
• Develop detailed test plans in collaboration with engineering, safety, and release management teams.
• Ensure full traceability from requirements to test cases and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze test results, provide clear test verdicts, and report findings to stakeholders.
• Oversee planning and utilization of vehicles, test tracks, and test facilities.

What you bring:

• University degree (M.Sc.) in Data, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in test management within complex engineering or automation environments.
• Strong understanding of verification and validation processes.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in English and/or Swedish.
• Advantageous: experience in similar assignments within automotive or industrial automation, familiarity with automotive safety standards, and possession of a C driver’s license.
