Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Strategic Buyer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
- Establish and align category plans within Facility Management (FM) and Travel Management (TM).
- Initiate and lead procurement and renegotiation projects in line with category strategy and ad hoc needs.
- Drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives and supplier development programs.
- Work proactively to increase contract compliance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct CSR risk analyses and supplier classifications to ensure sustainable sourcing practices.
- When required, manage procurements and renegotiations within IT and Professional Services.
What you bring:
- Several years of experience in a purchasing or procurement function, with a focus on indirect materials and services.
- Proven expertise in procurement processes, negotiation, and contract management.
- Strong understanding of category management and supplier governance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across a broad stakeholder network.
- A structured, independent, and responsible working style combined with business acumen and service orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and drive results in a team-oriented environment.
