We are now looking for an Infrastructure Lead to own and define how our platform scales.

The Role

This is not a maintenance role.

You will:

• Own Intric’s entire infrastructure architecture
• Design secure, scalable systems for AI workloads
• Build the foundation for European expansion
• Define how we run AI in highly regulated environments
• Make key architectural decisions that shape the company

You will be the first dedicated infrastructure hire, working closely with our founder and engineering team.

Your decisions will directly impact:

• Platform reliability
• Security posture
• Developer velocity
• Our ability to serve governments across Europe

What You’ll Build

Our platform enables organisations to deploy AI agents in secure environments. That means:

• Running AI/LLM workloads in production
• Designing highly available Kubernetes-based systems
• Managing cloud infrastructure with strict security constraints
• Building for data sovereignty and regulatory compliance
• Scaling from tens to hundreds of enterprise customers

You will work with technologies such as:

• Kubernetes
• Docker
• Redis
• pgvector
• vLLM
• Cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Linux environments

Experience with GPU workloads or AI infrastructure is a strong plus.

Who You Are

You likely:

• Have 4–8+ years building and running production infrastructure
• Have designed highly available systems before
• Are comfortable owning architecture decisions
• Have worked in startups or fast-moving environments
• Care deeply about security and robustness
• Prefer building over maintaining
• Want real ownership, not just tickets

A formal degree is less important than your ability to build and execute.
