Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Group Manager – Project Quality Management

What You Will Work On

• Lead and develop the Project Quality Management team
• Manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) activities across industrial projects
• Plan team resources and balance project workloads
• Support, coach, and develop team members
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize quality processes
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Bid Management teams
• Support bid preparation through quality planning, budget estimates, and review of customer quality requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, contractual requirements, and internal quality standards
• Monitor project quality performance and resolve quality-related issues
• Lead quality planning throughout project execution
• Coordinate quality documentation, inspections, audits, and reporting
• Identify risks and implement preventive and corrective actions
• Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Support organizational development and change initiatives

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Team Leader, Group Manager, or Line Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC)
• Background in technically complex industrial or engineering projects
• Experience working in project-based organizations
• Understanding of project execution and quality management processes
• Ability to collaborate across multiple engineering and business functions
• Experience driving process improvements and organizational change
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English and good Swedish communication skills
