Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications supporting taxation, account management, and investment processing for pension and savings products.
• Build and optimize calculation engines ensuring compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain integrations with tax authorities, financial reporting systems, and other internal or external services.
• Collaborate closely with financial analysts to translate business needs into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.

What you bring:

• Strong proficiency in Java 21+ and related frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or similar).
• Knowledge of OpenAPI and AsyncAPI for data exchange and integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools for automated delivery.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working within the banking or financial sector is highly advantageous.
