Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

  • Lead and manage the commercial aspects of project acquisition, bid preparation, and contract negotiation for service products globally
  • Collaborate closely with Technical Sales Managers and regional entities to develop winning bid strategies
  • Define appropriate business models in line with internal and external regulations and bid strategy
  • Prepare and finalize financial and commercial documentation, including risk assessments, project calculations, cash flow analysis, and contract evaluation
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate commercial risks such as currency exposure, financial security, taxes, insurance, and terms of payment
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide finance guidance to support service product development and pricing strategy
  • Promote process simplification and digitalization of financial processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Ensure timely and high-quality completion of quotations, bids, and contract submissions to maximize business potential
  • Work proactively to enable fact-based decisions, supporting both technical and commercial teams

What you bring:

  • University degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contractual negotiations
  • Experience in sales, project management, finance, supply chain, or central business functions
  • Understanding of contracts, foreign trade, customs regulations, and general logistics
  • Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously
  • Strong financial acumen, including calculation methods and finance modeling
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Holistic and team-oriented approach, adaptable to dynamic international environments
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness and flexibility for international travel
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Growth mindset, solution-focused, and proactive in driving business results
