Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of Smartsheet, integrating the tool into the project department’s processes.
• Develop and execute change communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders, fostering commitment to new ways of working.
• Plan and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance understanding and adoption of Smartsheet.
• Manage project risks, quality, schedule, and budget throughout the transformation.
• Define and document project scope, goals, interfaces, and expected outcomes in project start and end reports.
• Collaborate with strategic working groups and stakeholders to achieve transformation objectives.
• Document and report progress to the project sponsor and section manager.

What you bring:

• 3–6 years of experience in transformation management, digitalization, and project management.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Smartsheet as a project management tool.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and structure work effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Commitment to facilitating project participants and ensuring successful task completion.
• Positive attitude toward learning new systems and adapting to new routines.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
