Paralegal

Your New Role 

We are looking for a detail-loving legal professional with a flair for structure, collaboration, and problem-solving to our client in Stockholm!

As a Paralegal at our client, you will support their Legal and Finance teams. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a world-class group of professionals in an inspiring, purpose-driven organization at the forefront of sustainable transformation.

In this role, you will be the operational backbone of their legal processes — ensuring precision, coordination, and compliance across our global projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing contracts — from signature to archiving — across the organization.
  • Leading and coordinating conditions precedent and KYC processes for new corporate transactions.
  • Handling ongoing corporate governance, including reporting, filings, and maintenance requirements.
  • Acting as a cross-functional bridge between Legal, Finance, Digital, People & Org, Strategy, and Communications teams — ensuring alignment and smooth workflows.
  • Supporting stakeholder management with investors, financial institutions, and policy-driven organizations.
  • Taking ownership of special projects and providing hands-on support wherever needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need: 
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior administrative, legal assistant, or paralegal role within a fast-paced organization.
  • A strong understanding of corporate processes and transactional documentation.
  • You most probably come from a similar role, but most importantly, you have the instinct needed to provide great service, learn quickly, street smart and thrive on making this happen.
  • Excellent English written and oral skills.
